Finance and Administration

The administration is responsible for Day to day running of the office, asset management, also staff support services and Human Resource management.

The finance department is responsible for daily record keeping and maintaining an accurate history of the Municipality’s financial records. The finance department is also responsible for synthesis and financial analysis of information to assist in business decision-making. The department also assists in planning and implementation of the Municipality's financial year budget. The finance department ensures that there are no errors or fraudulent activity in the Municipality’s financial transactions through establishment of internal control measures and procedures. It’s the role of the department also to negotiate on behalf of the Municipality to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes that meet the Municipality’s requirements
